Gregory has been practicing law since 1998 and has focused almost exclusively on Community Association Law for the past 22 years. During that time, Gregory has represented more than 300 Homeowner Associations and Condominiums in various matters including Covenant Enforcement Governing Document Amendment and Collection. Gregory also served for two years as Board President of his 1300+ member HOA.

After graduating from City University in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Gregory earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1997. Gregory continues to stay current on legal trends and developments related to Community Associations by attending CAI's Law Seminar each year.
